WTC Schiphol Airport

WTC Schiphol Airport is a unique location where several major brands and organizations are based. With a direct connection to the airport terminal, international business is central to this ideal business setting. The building has several towers that together represent more than 56,000 square meters of office space. In addition, many services are available, including a business & conference centre, company restaurant and hospitality desk.

Challenge

In order to present this unique WTC building properly and to attract potential tenants and international brands, WTC Schiphol Airport asked us to develop a new website. Lead Today is a specialist in business growth and also has extensive experience in the field of web development. Therefore, this challenge immediately appealed to us.

Approach

For the development of the new website, we decided to first determine the positioning of WTC Schiphol Airport. Based on this positioning, we were then able to develop concepts for the design and content of the new website. These concepts form the framework within which the new website will be built.

Positioning

In order to determine the positioning of WTC Schiphol Airport, a number of questions had to be answered about what makes WTC Schiphol Airport special, its identity and why customers would choose them over others 

Based on the answers to these questions, it was determined what WTC Schiphol Airport stands for and what the new website needs to communicate this positioning.

It emerged from the positioning sessions that WTC Schiphol Airport can be described as stylish, lively and ambitious. The identified values were then merged into the overall brand value 'Elevate your ambition'.  This is what all expressions of WTC Schiphol Airport must convey; it is the place where the ambitions of tenants, customers and partners of WTC Schiphol Airport are realised.  

Web development

Once the positioning was determined, the actual design of the website could begin. Lead Today was leading the complete design and development phase of the website. For 3 months, the designers and web developers worked very hard to design a stylish and lively website that reflects the brand value 'Elevate your ambition'.

Besides developing the website, it is also important that good content is written to put on this website. This content must also convey the brand value of WTC Schiphol Airport. That is why our content specialists have developed the content for the new website together with WTC Schiphol Airport. Based on interviews with the various stakeholders at WTC Schiphol Airport, we were able to write texts that contribute to the brand value 'Elevate your ambition'. In view of the international character of WTC Schiphol Airport, these texts were written in both Dutch and English.

After developing the website and content, it was time to test and optimize everything thoroughly. This allows us to deliver the best possible end result. The implementation of Google Analytics played an important role in this. Based on this, the results of the website can be continuously monitored and adjustments can be made where necessary.

Result

The end product is a professionalized website that connects to the brand value 'Elevate your ambition'. The website shows style, class and liveliness and emphasizes the advantages of WTC Schiphol Airport. Lead generation forms have also been integrated into the website. This allows WTC Schiphol Airport to work on expanding the number of international brands located in its offices.

In short, the new website is the perfect business card for companies based at WTC Schiphol Airport. In addition, the new website contributes to the objective of attracting potential tenants and international brands.
