Audit

Before you can look ahead, it's important to take a look back. Through an audit we gain insight into the maturity of marketing and sales within the organization. This audit consists of interviews with the various stakeholders and a thorough analysis of the current marketing and sales resources, processes, teams and technology. 

Pit stop

Time for a pit stop! During this pit stop we will present the completed Lead Today Growth Model, based on the findings of the audit. We assess the organization on the basis of six pillars: strategy, synergy, processes, excellence, technology and insight. In this session we also determine the product-market focus for the lead generation plan. Both are defining elements in the development of the strategy.

Transformation

Based on the findings in the Lead Today Growth Model, we develop a transformation plan. This plan focuses on optimizing processes, people, resources and technology to enable a structured and manageable lead generation. By means of concrete programs, we show where the opportunities and possibilities for improvement lie, to take marketing and sales to a higher level and enable accelerated business growth.

Lead generation

We create concrete sales opportunities with the help of a lead generation plan. This lead generation plan consists of several lead generation programs. Each program consists of a combination of marketing and sales activities with a direct impact on the generation of leads and customers.

Completion growth strategy

This is the moment we have all been waiting for: the growth strategy is completed. During this meeting, the strategist and growth manager will present the developed strategy, including the complete transformation and lead generation plans. We also set out the plans in a clear roadmap, that maps out the programs for the coming year.

Growth phase

We not only formulate a growth strategy, but we also implement it on location. One of our experienced growth managers will actually jump aboard and start implementing the plans within the organization. The main goal: achieving business growth. The growth manager makes use of the knowledge and expertise that is present within the organization and, where necessary, of the Lead Today specialists.
